1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all major cities and towns. International shipping is available for select countries - contact us for details.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹10,000.
Standard Shipping: ₹99 - ₹499 based on weight and location for orders below ₹10,000.
Express Shipping: Available at additional cost for urgent orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
Other Areas: 6-10 business days
Bulk orders (100+ units) may require additional processing time of 2-3 days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your dashboard.

5. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
2. Provide photos of the defective/damaged product
3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup within 48 hours
4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Customized or special order items
• Products returned after 7 days

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For bank transfers, please allow additional 2-3 days for processing.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please report within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange immediate replacement at no extra cost.
