Ordering & Pricing

MOQ is the minimum number of units you must order for each product. As a B2B wholesale platform, we have MOQ requirements to ensure cost-effective pricing. MOQ varies by product and is displayed on each product page.

Our bulk pricing tiers offer better unit prices as you order more. For example, ordering 10 units might cost ₹1,000/unit, but ordering 100 units could bring it down to ₹850/unit. Pricing tiers are shown on each product page and automatically applied at checkout.

Yes! For large orders or special requirements, use our Quote Request form. Our sales team will provide customized pricing within 24 hours.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Bank Transfers via Razorpay. For verified business accounts, we also offer credit terms (Net 15/30) after KYC verification.

Account & Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification unlocks B2B benefits including: bulk pricing access, credit terms, priority support, and a dedicated account manager. It also ensures we're dealing with legitimate businesses.

Required: GST Certificate. Optional but recommended: Business Registration Certificate, Address Proof (utility bill or bank statement). Complete your KYC in the KYC Form.

KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is verified.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. For smaller orders, shipping charges range from ₹99-₹499 based on weight and location. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Tier 2 cities: 4-6 days. Other areas: 6-10 days. Bulk orders (100+ units) may require 2-3 additional processing days.

Yes, we ship to select countries. Contact us for international shipping rates and requirements.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only. Products must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defective/damaged product. Our team will verify and arrange pickup within 48 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 days.
